Returns - We've got you covered.

We want you to love your game day gear as much as we do.  If it's not the perfect fit, no stress - we'll help you make it right.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from delivery to send eligible items back.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.  Sorry, but products with make up, deodorant or other similar stains will not be accepted.  If your return is not accepte, we will not be able to ship the item(s) back to you and will not be able to refund the shipping costs.
  • Do NOT send any merchandise back for return without first contacting us at hello@tailg8.com for a return authorization.
  • Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Start Your Return

  • Send us an email at hello@tailg8brand.com with your order number, what you'd like to return and why (feedback helps us continue to improve).
  • We'll reply with step-by-step instructions.
  • Hassle-free return shipping.  We'll provide you a prepaid return shipping label so you can just print, pack, and drop if off.  We deduct a $6.95  return shipping & handling fee from your refund (unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged - then of course we'll cover it).

Refunds

  • Once we get your return and give it a quick check, we'll send your refund back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days minus the $6.95
  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, at the moment we're unable to process direct exchanges.  Don't worry - getting the right fit is still easy.
  • Start a return as explained in our return policy.
  • Place a new order for the style, size, or color you want.  Because inventory moves fast, placing a fresh order is the best way to secure the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. We will fix it ASAP - free of charge of course.
